What the allowances mean
One administrative process is an agreed procedure: for example, an intake form creates a record, assigns a staff member and sends an acknowledgement. Its steps and integrations are documented before work begins.
One automated run is one execution of that procedure. One hundred intake submissions means one hundred runs. Batch limits are agreed; retries caused by our faults do not count. Paid messaging, signatures and third-party subscriptions are separately priced unless included in your proposal.
A standard research request covers one discrete question, up to 10,000 words supplied and a source-linked response of up to 2,000 words, within agreed coverage and processing limits. Broad or document-heavy reviews are separately estimated. Lawyers remain responsible for review.
Searchable text is measured in tokens, small units of text. At an illustrative 500 tokens per page, the standard packages hold approximately 20,000, 100,000 and 300,000 searchable pages. Actual density varies; the token allowance governs. Original-file storage is separate.
Page processing includes supported-file text extraction, basic metadata and search indexing. OCR converts scans to text and is a subset of the page allowance. Handwriting, complex forms, transcription and exhaustive legal analysis need a separate scope. Reprocessing caused solely by our errors is not charged.
